From your description, you open the document with the Give-and-take 2022 application by clicking Edit in Give-and-take. And then after you edit it and click Save, the changes can't be synced to SharePoint Online with the Upload Failed message.
If aye, I suggest you try the following to see the result.
ane. Change a network environs to do a test.
2. Delete the document in SharePoint Online, upload it again to the site library and then do a test.
Meanwhile, I'd like y'all to confirm and provide the following.
1. Cheque if the issue only happens in the document.
2. Cheque if the issue happens in a specific library.
3. Do other users in your environment who are shared with the document are experiencing the same issue?

Hello Cliff,
I have tried all of those things. This problem just occurs for all users of this document and only in this certificate, except that I have renamed resaved the entire file under a unlike file name and the mistake still occurs every bit if information technology is following me. At present we are having some other issue where a message is constantly displayed maxim "Your session expired please refresh" and it prevents us from doing anything with the document. All users are having this problem. Cheers

I am lamentable y'all accept misunderstood me, the problem hasn't gone abroad. Lamentable for the defoliation. The file I accept uploaded nevertheless presents the error message "Your session has expired. Delight refresh the page" every fourth dimension I open the file and it does not become abroad when I refresh

Sorry for my agreement.
Based on my test, information technology seems that there are some settings fabricated on the file and information technology need to be accessed with the Word 2022 application with the piece of work and school accounts.
I too go the error messages in my environment, so I call up that the issue may exist related to the file's settings. Given the situation, I suggest you lot copy the content of the file in Word Online directly by clicking Ctrl A and Ctrl V first and then create a new document in the same site library and paste the content in it past clicking Ctrl V to come across and let us know the issue.
